Went at low tide to minimise chop, and soon as I reached water's edge thought I was making a mistake as so windy but got that far so carried on. Lot less uncontrollable lift from smaller foil and less pitchy today so maybe got set-up right or I am getting used to it, or bit of both. Wind eased to good 4m weather
Tried a stink bug start and got tired persevering, then another successful one in less chop. First day I've enjoyed on MA1000 and pleased it works in light and strong winds with same settings (mast 9, 1 red shim) and getting more gybes in now
